Hi! My name is Jace, and I am an aspiring filmmaker! I am from Amarillo, Texas, but now I am pursuing a degree in Radio, Television, and Film at the University of Texas at Austin. I am currently working for the UT Football team as a Student Video Specialist.

Synopsis:
The Andersons is a satirical horror film that begins as a cheerful VHS-era sitcom, following a picture-perfect suburban family. Laugh tracks cue every joke, routines repeat flawlessly, and nothing ever truly changes. That is, until Lisa, the mother, begins to notice something is wrong. Jokes repeat word for word, objects reset, the world seems to glitch, and an unseen audience appears to be watching her every move.As the cracks begin to show, Lisa steps beyond the sitcom stage and into a void where the making of the show is revealed: cameras, crew, and an audience. Desperate to escape, she fights her way back into the “show,” only to find the family reset, everyone frozen in their roles while the laughter never stops.Trapped in an endless loop of artificial happiness, Lisa is left alone with the terrifying realization that awareness is the worst punishment of all.
Directors Statement:
I have loved video since I was a kid who wanted to be a YouTuber. Now that dream has evolved into filmmaking, but the spark and the love for what I do have never left. At The Andersons, I demonstrated everything I had learned so far and showed my potential. I started making videos a while ago, and because of that, I love the video style and look from back then. Nostalgia for my childhood TV shows and the feeling you get from old videos drove me to make The Andersons. It combines my love for VHS with modern-day elements, both in story and visuals. These stories and experiences shape who we are, and being able to capture those and put them on a screen for people to watch is magic to me and always will be.

These are videos i was hired to do by companies and local buissnesses. I have made a wide range of the videos from testiomonials to social media content. I believe these show my stregnhts in all aspects of production froom shooting to editing and overall professionlism.

Football Videos:
I have always loved sports and video and I started to combine them together! All through high school and now in college I still love and love to combine both of these aspects of my life. What started as a fun hobby turned into a yearly tradition for my high school team and now became the greatest job in the world working for UT Football as a Student Video Specialist.
